Early Arabic Poetry of Amr ibn Qami'ah (448-540 AD). The author was a pre-Islamic poet, and one of the poets of Qays bin Tha’laba. The diwan consists of an introduction, then the poetical works numbered with the verses and mentioned with the measures. A few verses from «Muntaha al-Talab» are added to this book. Edited and explained by Khalil Ibrahim al-Atiyah. Footnotes have two first the interpretations, and then explanations and the differences of manuscripts. Indexed.
