This book discusses the totality of the concept of will-making in Islam. While the Qur'an handles the distribution of the estate of a Muslim after his or her death by allotting shares to his/her heirs, the Hadeeth of the Prophet (SAW) also allows a Muslim to dispose of 1/3 of his property to whoever he or she wishes by way of will-making.
