Rahabat al-'insaniyah wa-al-Imanرحابة الإنسانية والإيمان دراسات فى أعمال مفكرين علمانيين واسلاميين من الشرق والغرب

«The breadth of humanity and faith: Studies in the works of secular and Islamic thinkers from the East and the West» Author Abdul Wahab al-Masiri chose a group of Western and Muslim thinkers from Europe, the Arab world, and Islamic Asia who are concerned with the general concerns - national, ethnic, and religious - of their peoples and are not among those thinkers who live in ivory towers far from the concerns and problems of reality.

This study reveals that these thinkers are more open and accepting of ideas drawn from other civilizational experiences, and are more relaxed about literal adherence to the religious text without looking at the spirit and essence despite the keenness not to deviate from the constants of religion.
