Refund policy

Contact Jarir Books USA for directions before returning any product.

Subject to these guidelines, items can be returned within 20 days of receipt.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
A restocking fee of up to 10% may be charged, depending on the product returned and its condition.
Items used, damaged or lost by the customer are not refundable.
Items purchased on clearance are not refundable.
If a product arrives defective or incorrect, contact us immediately for directions.
If a product was damaged by the shipper, contact us immediately for directions and keep the damaged shipping cartons.
Shipping charges are not refundable in either direction, unless we sent a defective or incorrect order or the products were damaged by the shipper.
Returns at our Garden Grove store: bring the item with your receipt. The restrictions above apply.
Jarir Books USA reserves the right to research the original purchase and to limit returns, exchanges or refunds based on its findings. Excessive returns, exchanges or refunds may be declined.
