نبذة عن المؤلف
الدكتور محمد نور الدين:
باحث مُتخصِّص في الشؤون التركية. حاز دكتوراه دولة في التاريخ العثماني من بلغاريا عام 1982. عمل أستاذًا للتاريخ واللغة التركية في كلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية- الجامعة اللبنانية منذ العام 1985. عُيِن مُستشارًا في لجنة الشؤون الخارجية في البرلمان اللبناني، ومُديراً لمركز الدراسات الاستراتيجية في بيروت (من العام 2000 وإلى الآن). وهو يرأس تحرير فصلية «شؤون الأوسط». حاز العديد من الأوسمة ودروع التقدير. له عشرات المؤلّفات في مختلف ميادين الكتابة آخرها: «مئة عام من تاريخ تركيا الحديث» الصادر عن شركة المطبوعات للتوزيع والنشر.
