Istiqlal al-Maghribاستقلال المغرب

Translated to Arabic, «L'indépendance du Maroc: témoignage d'action...1950-1956» (Morocco's independence: testimony of action, 1950-1956), by French economist Félix Natif (1895-1983) with translation of Muhammad al-Wajidi. This work is a historical document, indispensable for knowing the circumstances of the critical period of the Moroccan-French conflict, and the positions of involved individuals to prevent tragic results. Light is shed on political positions of French and Moroccan individuals playing a part in the attempts to resolve the halting progress toward agreement on independence, especially the positions in negotiations that resulted in Morocco gaining its independence. Interviews and presentation of M. Abderrahim Bouabid (1920-1992), preface by Alexandre Parodi (1901-1979).
