Translated to Arabic, 'We Need New Names', by the Zimbabwean author, NoViolet Bulawayo (b. 1981). 'A remarkable literary debut shortlisted for the Man Booker Prize: the unflinching and powerful story of a young girl's journey out of Zimbabwe and to America.' The novel is rich in transparent and sincere human feelings, and sheds light on the situation of a country suffering from massive political mistakes and also shows the situation and exploitation of illegal immigrants in the West. The events take place in Zimbabwe and America.
