Another great historical novel by the Jordanian writer M.I. Quandour (b. 1938). A story of an incredible Caucacus Circassian horse and how he ended up in the north of England during the reign of Marcus Aurelius. The adventure takes place in the early years of the first millennium, with the Sarmatian warriors and the Knights of Sindh with their horses sent to Britain in the service of the Roman Empire.
