Ascent of the Poet: A stylistic Approach to Tahir Riyad's Poetry. In this book, Dr. Rihab al-Khatib studies the poetic style of the Palestinian poet Tahir al-Riyad (b, 1956). 'His works are considered to be among the most original, combining the eloquence of classical poetry and the innovation of modernist Arabic poetry.' (jerusalemites.org).
