An early history of Yemen; useful in the history of Sana;a and Zabid, their kings, their poets, and their writers. Considered one of the oldest books in the history of Sana'a, without too much detail on the past, rather what happened in Yemen and its kings, poets, writers, and wars, covering the most important acts of the kings and works of the writers and poets. By the Yemen historian, jurist and poet Umara Ibn Abi al-Hasan al-Hakami al-Yamani (515/1121 - 569/1174).
