The book «Words and Positions» contains speeches and lectures given by Lebanese Prime Minister Sa'ib Salam, at political and national occasions between 1954 and 1990, in which he discusses his ideas and opinions about Lebanese and Arab events.
This documentary book, the contents of which were collected from the archives of the American University of Beirut and from President Salam’s private archives, provides a comprehensive and comprehensive overview of his basic positions on several issues, and essentially shows his political orientations throughout his life, most notably his national and Arab orientation through his positions on the Arab-Israeli conflict. And his support for the Palestinian resistance, which began in 1936.
