Translated to the Arabic, 'Canto general', a collection of poems by Chilean poet Pablo Neruda (1904-1973), recipient of the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1971. He wrote these inspiring poems while he was running away from the dictator of Argentina, Videla. The Colombian novelist Gabriel Marquez once called Neruda 'the greatest poet of the 20th century in any language.'
