«Al-Muharrir fi Fiqh al-Imam al-Shafi'i» by the Imam and jurist by Abu al-Qasim Abd al-Karim al-Rafi'i al-Qazwini (555/1160 - 623/1226) is considered one of the fundamental and seminal books of the Shafi'i school of thought. It is a well-known and respected book among the Shafi'is. Its importance stems from the great stature of its author among them. المحرر في فقه الإمام الشافعي للإمام الفقيه أبي القاسم الرافعي القزويني الشافعي (ت 623هـ / 1226م) يعد من أصول كتب المذهب الشافعي وأمهاتها، وهو كتاب مشهور معتبر عند الشافعية، وترجع أهميته لعظم شأن مصنفه عندهم، فهو أحد الشيخين (الآخر هو النووي)، وإليهما يرجع الفضل في تحرير المذهب الشافعي وتنقيحه، ومن ثم أصبحا عمدة مَن جاء بعدهم من فقهاء الشافعية، وإليهما ينتهي الاجتهاد، وعلى رأيهما يكون في الفتوى والاعتماد. - (Wikipedia AR)
