Mudawwana al-Kubra (11 vol)المدونة الكبرى

The Mudawwana is a comprehensive compendium of legal questions and answers. While it bears the name of Imam Malik bin Anas, it was compiled and narrated by Sahnun ibn Sa'id, based on his transmissions from Ibn Qasim, who was a primary student of Imam Malik.
Content: It covers a vast array of topics including acts of worship (Ibadat), transactions (Mu'amalat), marriage, inheritance, and criminal law.
Significance: It is often referred to as "The Mother of the Maliki School" because it refined the oral traditions and diverse opinions of the early Medinan scholars into a structured legal system.
