'From My Memories' by Iraqi journalist Hashim al-Rifai (1885-1950). First published in 1358 AH/1939 CE in Baghdad, the author wrote of events happening while he worked in an administrative position under King Abd al-Aziz in Saudi Arabia. These entertaining narrations were written after leaving Riyadh, so they represent an acceptable degree of objectivity. Little is known about the author and if he had other works.
