Translated to Arabic, «Kramponlu Ceset» (a corpse with soccer shoes), a 1999 novel by well-known Turkish crime fiction writer Celil Oker (1952-2019)
One needs advertising, the other has a football-crazy wife. Two textile magnates from Istanbul own football clubs, but they are in trouble. The descent is imminent. Remzi Ünal is only supposed to prevent the players from being sold. And then things get badly out of hand.
In the second case for Remzi Ünal, Celil Oker once again draws a precise, up-to-date picture of the metropolis on the Bosporus.
