Translation to Arabic from Turkish of «Barbar modern medenî : medeniyet üzerine notlar» (Barbarian...Modern...Civilized : notes on civilization), by Turkish historian Ibrahim Kalin. The book constitutes a cognitive approach to the concept of civilization throughout the ages. Its author was able, with an effective analytical-deconstructive methodology, to highlight the cognitive gap between two worlds that diverge, the world of the dominant civilization and the world of other civilizations that search for an alternative civilization to the first, so they consume the subject, but without taking the initiative to create or create it.
