Ana Faridaانا فريدة

*I Am Farida* is a novel that compels us to pause before a significant symbolism: that illness often serves as a turning point in a human life—a moment that thrusts one into a painful confrontation with both the self and with life itself, from which one emerges either victorious or defeated. The decision to leave the novel’s conclusion open to the interpretations of potential readers serves as a form of emotional engagement, granting the reader the freedom to craft the ending they desire. Through this work, the woman—the writer—emerges with a distinct voice: that of a literary artist and storyteller possessing refined artistic sensibilities, a creative talent who has mastered the command of language, narrative fluidity, and transparent candor, alongside a host of other artistic tools.
