In a four volume set, «Tafsir ibn Kathir», with the Arabic text followed by the English translation. «Tafsir al-Qur’an al-Azim» - more popularly known as «Tafsir ibn Kathir» - is a classical Sunni Islam tafsir (commentary of the Qur’an) by Allama Ibn Kathir. It is considered to be a summary of the earlier tafsir by Tabari, «Tafsir al-Tabari». It is thought to be one of the most comprehensive and complete explanation and commentary of «The Noble Qur’an» currently available in languages other than Arabic. Translated by Muhammad Mahdi al-Sharif.
