I have no need to know what has transpired throughout the course of history, or what is currently unfolding across the vast expanse of the world, in order to offer an apology—for the human adventure, for the tiny fissures that separate me from my own self, and for the fragile abyss I may cross whenever I so desire, provided I still possess a measure of love for life. Only then do my feet begin to spin upon the stage of the cosmos.
