While the content is unusual, it is presented in an amusing way...and the young child at an age to focus on body functions (potty training) can appreciate its 'toilet' humour. It does contain natural biology, just why do animals have different business, so it can be an introduction to talk about animal diets. Actually adults can laugh at the story and pictures also, but not for the sensitive individuals.
