Translated to Arabic, on nutrition and malnutrition. Should we be afraid of what is served in our dishes? 'No, food is not totally corrupt,' says author Jean-Claude Jaitte, the nutrition specialist and former editor of the magazine (What to Choose?). He considers agricultural manufactured food...its imposition of products on larger scales and different cultures. He argues that the industrial food has confiscated the nutrition responsibility from farmers, the responsibility inherited from father to son.

The industrial of food intervenes everywhere; in green-houses, slaughterhouses, conversion factories, in the broad fields, and laboratories. The capital forces have imposed heavy costs on manufactured products, which does not have any relation with the cycle of nature. Through a series of chilling examples, the author exposes the malicious networks, and pursues those suspects who allowed unfortunate abuses to happen in European countries, which had abolished their inter-border control authorities.
